Pig's feet steamed buns
Overview
My family makes steamed buns every day, either round or cut, so I wanted to change my style. Today I made pig's trotters, which look quite like pig's trotters.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add yeast to 140ml warm water, mix well, and let stand for 5 minutes
-
Put 20 grams of sugar into 300 grams of flour and mix well
-
Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir it into a flocculent form
-
Knead the dough until smooth (100 times), cover with gauze and ferment for 1 hour
-
After 1 hour of fermentation, press a few holes. If it does not shrink, it means fermentation is complete
-
Knead the dough again, release the air (knead for 20 times), and knead it into a long strip
-
Cut into 10 equal parts and roll into round shape
-
Use the palm of your hand to press the circle
-
Apply lard on the lower end of the circle (smear a semicircle)
-
Fold in half and grease the right half
-
And fold in half
-
Use a knife to cut the top of the fan shape into half
-
Scroll down and the pig's feet are ready
-
Make the other 9 in turn, totaling 10 pig feet
-
Place rice dumpling leaves on top, put into steamer, cover and let rise for 15 minutes
-
Cook on high heat for 10 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes (quickly open the lid to avoid letting steam drip on the steamed buns)
-
Just put it on the plate (because of the oil, the buns won’t stick to it)
