Shredded Liver with Chopped Pepper
Overview
I haven’t bought pork liver for a long time, and I’d rather not eat it. I ate more last year, switching from pork liver to mutton liver. I feel that the lamb liver is relatively thin, and it is tender and delicious when fried. So my sister also bought lamb liver, but because the cooking method was inappropriate, the whole family said it was not delicious. Of course it doesn't taste good. I boiled it in plain water without adding seasonings. It was cooked too old, and the slices were too thick and large. I didn't prepare the juice. I fried it with the carrots. Will it taste good? Haha, it’s too far off topic. I used to make liver slices, but this time I changed to shredded liver, with chopped peppers and green pepper shreds, which is very delicious.
