Braised chicken feet with soy sauce

Because I often eat delicious braised chicken feet at the grocery store near my home, so every time I go home, my mother asks me what I want to eat. Although I will say whatever, she will make chicken feet for me to eat, so I called her on Mother's Day to ask her how to make it! *^_^*It is both a delicious dish and a snack!

What we call flying water is to put the chicken feet down and cook for 5 minutes after the water boils.

Pick up the chicken feet and rinse them with cold water for a minute and then fill them with water!

Put it in the refrigerator overnight

The next day, have all the materials ready!

Add oil and sugar to the pan and stir-fry the chicken feet until the color becomes shiny.

Then add soy sauce to soak half of the chicken feet, then add water to soak the chicken feet, and add sugar until it tastes no longer salty. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for half an hour to reduce the juice!
