Abalone porridge
Overview
Yesterday I went to the beach and unexpectedly got two big abalones. My son has been clamoring for abalone porridge these days, so I will cook them right away while they are fresh.

Wash the rice twice and soak it for half an hour

Remove the internal organs from the abalone and scrub the surface clean with a brush. Chop green onions and set aside

Cut the washed abalone into small cubes

Heat a little peanut oil in a pot, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add diced abalone and stir-fry.

Stir-fry for a while, then add water and soaked rice

During the porridge cooking time, you can wash and chop the coriander and set aside.

Cook until the porridge is thick, add salt, MSG, and minced coriander before serving.
