Preparation materials: noodles, pork belly, beans, oyster mushrooms, fungus, ginger, garlic and chili

Cut carrots, oyster mushrooms, beans, fungus into shreds, mince ginger and garlic and set aside

Slice the pork belly, marinate with cooking wine and starch for 15 minutes

Boil the noodles until they are medium cooked, take them out and run them through cold water

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant, then add the pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color

Add green beans and stir-fry, then add in the shredded vegetables and stir-fry

Add salt and soy sauce to taste, and add water to cover the ingredients
