Overview
As time goes by, more and more people are researching and improving the Northeastern specialties. They are even more particular about the ingredients. They include their favorite fillings. The texture is delicate and smooth, soft and glutinous, and has a unique flavor! Su rat, also known as sticky rat, Su Ye cake, also called Su Ye dry food. Su Xiaozi is a Manchu flavored pasta.
