Red dates and yam are a magical combination, plus glutinous rice flour, stir and steam, soft and glutinous, sweet and nutritious!

Ingredients: Peel the iron rod yam and steam it in a pot.

After steaming, add a spoonful of sugar and mash it with a fork.

Add glutinous rice flour, if too dry you can add some milk.

Knead into a ball.

Add chopped red dates.

Knead the glutinous rice dumplings and chopped red dates together, as shown in the picture.

Divide into pieces and make balls one by one, put in boiling water and steam for 10 minutes.

Steamed.
