Today is September 1st, the day when the little one’s kindergarten starts, so I wanted to celebrate with something special, so I made this scallion-flavored gold cake that the whole family loves^_^.   1. Prepare materials

  2. Put the corn oil and fresh milk in a clean, oil-free and water-free container, stir them evenly with an egg beater until completely emulsified, then sift in the low-gluten flour.

Mix the egg white batter and egg yolk batter evenly using the sea fishing and stirring techniques. Then pour the remaining one-third of the egg white batter into the cake batter. Use the same technique to mix the cake batter evenly and add minced green onions, minced carrots, and pork floss (reserve a small amount for the base) and continue to stir evenly.

  7. Pour the cake batter into the mold, put it into the middle shelf of the preheated oven, and bake at 170 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remember to cover with tin foil after coloring
