Creamy blueberry soft steak buns
Overview
Pai Bao is one of the delicious breads that can be eaten directly or paired with a glass of hot milk. In this recipe, I randomly added homemade blueberry jam, which is sweet and sour and has a great taste. In fact, you can choose the fillings by yourself. As long as it is what you like, it is the realm of baking. I like the no additives flavor.

Steps
-
Put all the main ingredients into the dough mixing bucket and stir evenly. After refrigeration and letting stand for 20 minutes, start the dough mixer.
-
Pinch a small piece of dough and slowly stretch out a large piece of film that is not easy to break
-
Knead the surface of the dough until it is smooth, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise
-
After 40 minutes at room temperature, dip your finger in flour and poke a hole. If the hole does not shrink or collapse, it means the dough is just right. Next, start to exhaust air. You can use a rolling pin to exhaust air
-
After deflating, divide the dough into 10 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a small piece of dough and roll it out, turn it over, spread the homemade blueberry sauce on it, and roll it up from top to bottom.
-
Dough seam side down
-
Roll each dough according to steps 6 and 7, place it neatly on the baking tray, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for the second time at room temperature.
-
After the second fermentation, dip your fingers in water and press the dough gently until it springs back slightly. Brush the surface with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The heating tube will turn from red to black. Place the baking sheet in the middle layer and bake for 15 minutes. The surface will be golden and it is out of the oven.
-
Move the oiled paper to the drying net, and when the bread is warm, put it into fresh-keeping bags and seal it. It’s summer, and the uneaten bread can be frozen and stored. Just warm it before eating
