Steamed Pork Ribs with Glutinous Rice and Lotus Leaves
Overview
During the summer vacation, I picked a lot of lotus leaves and dried them in the sun to use them when cooking. I bought some ribs, marinated them, wrapped them in glutinous rice, wrapped them in lotus leaves, and steamed them. The moment I opened them, the fragrance of the lotus leaves filled the air.

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the ribs into small pieces, add all the ingredients and marinate for more than 5 hours.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for more than 5 hours.

Soak the lotus leaves in water until soft, wash the surface and set aside.

Drain the soaked glutinous rice.

Mix the glutinous rice with the pork ribs and marinade.

All put into lotus leaves.

Steam in a basket. After the water boils, steam over low heat for about 90 minutes.
