Shredded Carp and Carp Soup#Autumn Nourishing Yin and Moistening the Lung#
Overview
Radish is sweet, pungent, and cool in nature, and enters the lung, stomach, lung, and large intestine meridians; it has the effects of clearing heat and promoting fluid production, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, lowering Qi and widening the middle, digesting and resolving stagnation, appetizing and strengthening the spleen, and smoothing Qi and reducing phlegm. Today I used it to make soup with crucian carp. It is nutritious and delicious!
