Chop the garlic and green onion.

Peel and devein the fresh shrimps, then open their backs.

Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft, then remove and drain the water.

Heat oil in a pan, add half of the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add vermicelli and stir well.

Pour the vermicelli into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water, add salt and soy sauce, and simmer for ② minutes.

Use the remaining half of the minced garlic to stir-fry the shrimps. Turn off the heat once the shrimps change color.

When there is a little water left in the vermicelli pot, add the shrimp, mix well, continue to cook until the vermicelli is out of water, then turn off the heat.

Finally add sesame oil and chopped green onion.
