BBQ flavored potato chips
Overview
You can still make barbecue-flavored potato chips without the need for an oven. Cumin, sesame seeds, and spring onions, when paired together, create a strong barbecue flavor.

Peel the potatoes and cut into 3 mm slices.

Peel off the skin of the green onions and cut into small pieces.

Pour oil into the pan and cut the potato slices into golden brown on both sides.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add cumin, sesame seeds, crushed chili peppers, salt, and dark soy sauce and stir-fry over low heat, then add the shallots and turn to high heat.

Finally, add the potato slices, stir-fry for a few times over high heat and remove from the pot.
