Braised noodles with pickled cabbage and minced pork

Overview

I'm not picky about food, but even though I'm not picky about food, there are still a few things that I don't like to eat very much. When I say I don't like to eat very much, I mean eating less, not not eating them at all. Among the things I don't like to eat are sauerkraut. Today I wanted to put it together with the things I like to eat. Would it be delicious? Otherwise, I was not disappointed when I made it. My baby even ate a bowl of it! Haha

  3. Use a noodle machine to press the risen dough into noodles and sprinkle some dry flour to prevent the noodles from sticking together (before pressing the noodles, boil water in a pot to cook the noodles. Once the noodles are pressed, they will be cooked). After pressing, put the noodles into the pot and cook

  4. Add oil to the pot and heat it for five times, then add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the meat and stir-fry
