Braised noodles with pickled cabbage and minced pork
Overview
I'm not picky about food, but even though I'm not picky about food, there are still a few things that I don't like to eat very much. When I say I don't like to eat very much, I mean eating less, not not eating them at all. Among the things I don't like to eat are sauerkraut. Today I wanted to put it together with the things I like to eat. Would it be delicious? Otherwise, I was not disappointed when I made it. My baby even ate a bowl of it! Haha

Ingredients
Steps
-
First, use water and a piece of dough to let it rest
-
Chop the pork, chopped green onion, and sauerkraut in turn and set aside
-
Use a noodle machine to press the risen dough into noodles and sprinkle some dry flour to prevent the noodles from sticking together (before pressing the noodles, boil water in a pot to cook the noodles. Once the noodles are pressed, they will be cooked). After pressing, put the noodles into the pot and cook
-
Add oil to the pot and heat it for five times, then add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the meat and stir-fry
-
Add pickled cabbage, soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, and some water. Cover the pot and simmer until it boils. Then add a little MSG (the brine should not be too salty)
-
Just pour the marinated sauerkraut and minced meat on the noodles and it’s ready
