Kiwi shaped cookies
Overview
I particularly like this kiwi-shaped biscuit, and I finally got rid of it! Crispy and delicious, it's great as afternoon tea or as a snack for watching dramas.

Steps
-
Prepare the required ingredients.
-
Cut the butter into cubes and soften, stir to spread or press lightly with a spatula, and add powdered sugar.
-
First beat with an electric whisk a few times, then beat until slightly fluffy and white in color.
-
Add the egg yolks twice in succession.
-
Continue beating until the egg yolks and butter are completely combined.
-
Sift in cake flour.
-
Knead with your hands into a smooth dough.
-
Reserve a 60g small dough, add matcha powder to the remaining dough, knead evenly, and rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
-
Roll the original color dough into a cylindrical shape, about 18 cm long.
-
Place a piece of plastic wrap on a silicone mat, roll the green dough into a 18*18cm square piece, and place the original color long column of dough on top.
-
Roll it up, be sure to roll it tightly, and then roll it back a few times. (It is normal for some cracking when rolling, and it will disappear after a few rolls and shaping)
-
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then cut into 0.5 cm slices. (About 35 pieces were cut)
-
Dip a toothpick in water and stick the black sesame seeds onto the biscuit.
-
Place in a preheated oven, heat to 165 degrees and lower to 160 degrees, for about 15 minutes, cover with tin foil for the last 5 minutes to prevent the color from getting too dark.
