Soak the sea cucumber in advance, and wash the eggs and okra.

After the egg liquid is beaten, add warm water and mix well (the ratio of egg liquid to warm water is 1:1.5), sieve it through a sieve and put it into the steaming bowl.

Close the lid. (If there is no lid, you can seal it with high-temperature plastic wrap)

Place in the oven, middle and lower racks. Steam mode, 100 degrees, 25 minutes. The Haier T3 tender oven I use has a steam function. If your oven does not have a steam function, put in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes.

Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt. Put the okra in and blanch it for 3 minutes. Remove and cool and slice into slices.

After the custard is steamed, add one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one teaspoon of sesame oil, and the chopped okra.
