Steps
-
After buying the pig tongue, clean it, add water to the pot and boil it. Add the pig tongue. Wait for five minutes until foam appears on the surface, then take it out. Take it out and pour it under cold water for later use
-
Add ginger, star anise, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and water that covers the pig tongue into the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for half an hour (I forgot to take a picture of this step, so take this one instead)
-
When the soup is almost ready, add a little sugar to taste
-
After the braised pork tongue has cooled down, slice it into pieces and set aside (the braised pork tongue is really delicious, I couldn’t help but secretly eat a few pieces while slicing it)
-
Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant
-
Then add red pepper and stir-fry. (I forgot another step, wash the red pepper and cut it into long strips)
-
Add the marinade just now
-
Add the chopped braised pork tongue and stir-fry evenly
