Stir-fried Pork with Lentils
Overview
This lentil stir-fried pork dish uses wide lentil wedges and tenderloin slices, and is paired with spicy bean paste. The tenderness of the lentil horns, the meaty aroma of the tenderloin and the spicy bean paste blend together. It is a great dish to go with rice!

Put the lentils into the pot, add 1 gram of salt into the water, and cook the lentils;

Cut the cooked lentils into sections;

Add the sliced meat into cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper powder, starch, and cooking oil, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes;
