Sesame and peach cake
Overview
It’s been more than a year since I bought the oven at home, and I just started researching baking recently. Today I followed a recipe I read before, made with lard, and it tastes very good.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake half the amount of flour (65 grams) in the recipe at 170 degrees for 8 minutes, let cool and set aside.

Sift all the flour, add sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and stir evenly.

Add whole egg liquid and lard respectively, mix well with hands, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil or oil paper, roll the dough evenly into small balls, and then flatten slightly.

Preheat the oven, lightly brush the surface of the dough with egg wash, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of sesame seeds or other chopped nuts.

Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
