Chinese cabbage

Wash the Chinese cabbage and set aside

Chop the cabbage stems and leaves separately, chop the garlic and chili peppers and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add chili and garlic and sauté until fragrant

First add the cabbage stems and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the vegetable stems become slightly soft

Add the vegetable leaves and continue to stir-fry

Add salt

teaspoon rice vinegar

Stir fry for a while and it’s ready to serve
