Slice the mushrooms, slice the carrots, cut the garlic into sections, and tear the fungus into small pieces. Chop onions and ginger and set aside.

Blanch the carrots, garlic, and fungus separately and soak them in cold water to make them crispy. Blanch the mushrooms and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant. Add mushrooms and stir-fry, add light soy sauce. Pour in the carrots, garlic and fungus, add salt and MSG and stir-fry. If it sticks to the pan, add a little water. Since the ingredients have been blanched, they are easy to cook and can be served after a little stir-frying.
