Twice-cooked pork with garlic sprouts
Overview
There is a piece of pork belly in the refrigerator, and I haven’t made twice-cooked pork for my husband for a long time (because he wants to lose weight and has to control his fat intake). Today I'd better be merciful and let him taste meat. This is a very classic Sichuan dish.
