Cut the lean meat into cubes and set aside

Garlic and onions are ready for use

Cut green and red peppers and set aside

Wash edamame and set aside

Add soy sauce, black pepper, salt, cooking oil, and starch to the cut pieces of meat, mix well, and marinate for ten minutes.

Heat the oil in the pan, add onions and ginger until fragrant

Stir-fry the garlic until the skin is browned, remove the garlic and set aside,

Heat the oil with fried garlic, pour in the marinated meat and stir-fry

Slowly fry the meat until the meat is charred
