The allusion of cookies: A pastry chef fell in love with Miss Margaret who lived in Stresa, Italy, so he made this dessert and used the lady’s name as the name of this French dessert. This biscuit uses simple materials and does not require complicated tools. It has a simple and unpretentious appearance and is very crispy when you bite it.
