Lucky Fish
Overview
This is a very delicious fish that is fried and then steamed. It is decorated with ham sausage and dried tofu. It is colorful and even children love to eat it

Clean the fish dumplings, front and back, and mark them out. The one I bought today was a bit big, so I removed the fish head. Soak with water, cooking wine and a little salt to remove the fishy smell.

Spread salt and light soy sauce evenly all over the fish and then wrap it in a thick layer. Be sure to apply more starch for later use

Heat the oil in the pan. When it is six times cooked, add all the seasonings and sauté until fragrant. After sauteing until fragrant, take out the seasonings

Twist the fish tail and slowly lower the fish into the pan. Fry both sides evenly until cooked through

Then dice the ham sausage and dried tofu and fry until cooked

Place fish into steamer tray. Add the chopped pickled ginger and pickled pepper. Then pour the oil from the bottom of the pan onto the fish. Steam in boiling water for 8 minutes
