Overview
Hot dog buns, the so-called hot dogs are made by sandwiching a sausage and a few lettuce leaves into a split bun, and squeezing salad dressing on it, turning an ordinary bun into a multi-layered texture and wonderful flavor, so it has always been loved by everyone.

Prepare all ingredients

Add water, eggs, sugar, and salt to the bread barrel in sequence, tear into the dough and pour in high-gluten flour and yeast
