Place the washed pickled cabbage on a chopping board and cut it into pieces, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and dried chili peppers to the pan.

Then, add the sliced drunken fish and stir-fry.

Then, add the chopped pickled cabbage and add appropriate amount of water.
