Stir-fried cauliflower with bacon
Overview
The bacon was specially brought to me by my sister who was married to Chongqing. The unique smoked bacon there was not used to smoked bacon at first, but now I think it is very delicious!

Prepare the ingredients, soak the bacon in warm water, clean and slice it. Wash the cauliflower and tear into small florets. Finely chop ginger, garlic, and pepper. Cut bell pepper into strips.

Clean and heat the pot, add the bacon slices and fry over medium heat until oil starts to come out.

Add the lean meat and continue to fry until the meat slices are slightly brown.

Add Sichuan peppercorns, minced ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the cauliflower and stir-fry evenly.

Add a small spoonful of light soy sauce and a small spoonful of chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and serve.

If you are afraid that the cauliflower will burn in the pan or become difficult to cook during frying. You can put a little water around the edge of the pot, just a little bit.
