Pan-fried pumpkin cake

I don’t know if it’s sunny now or it’s pumpkin season. When I went to the supermarket yesterday, I found that pumpkins were so cheap. I bought a big pumpkin for two yuan. When I got home, I was wondering how to finish it. The first thing that comes to mind is pumpkin pie. Pumpkin pie is so easy to make that even a child can make it (my mother often asked me to make pumpkin pie myself when I was a child and she watched me from the side). The sweet and glutinous pumpkin cake is really delicious. The frying method can make it crispy on the outside and glutinous on the inside. It tastes great! Of course you can also use fried or healthy steaming methods, but pan-fried pumpkin pie is definitely my favorite method!
