Peel the potatoes, wash them, and then cut them into small pieces. You don’t need to cut them very thin.

After boiling some water in the pot, pour the potatoes in and cook for 3 or 4 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Fry in a hot oil pan until golden brown, add salt, add chopped chilies, sprinkle some cumin powder and stir with a spatula a few times, finally add gold and stir-fry for a few times.
