Stir-fried beef with ginger
Overview
Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. In summer, eat some young ginger to dehumidify, plus high-protein beef, it’s very suitable!

Slice the ginger and shred the pepper. The pepper is just for color matching to give the beef a slightly spicy taste. Slice the beef and marinate it with salt and pepper powder (remember to cut some shredded ginger in it to add the flavor), add cooking wine and mix well.

Heat oil, first stir-fry green pepper to bring out the flavor, then add beef and stir-fry (before adding beef to the pot, grab some gravy and mix it evenly into the beef to keep the beef smooth and tender).

When the beef changes color, place it on the edge of the pot, add ginger and stir-fry evenly. Then mix the beef and ginger and stir-fry for a minute or two. Add a little soy sauce to enhance the color, sprinkle with salt and serve.
