Pan-fried pork chop

Pan-fried pork chop

Overview

Although I know that fried or deep-fried food is not healthy, I still cook it occasionally to satisfy my cravings. This dish can be eaten as a snack and is delicious with rice.

Steps

  1. Cut the pork into the shape you want, and pat the meat loosely with the back of a knife to make it easier to taste. Spread a thin layer of salt on the pork, and then a layer of white pepper. Spread evenly on both sides, press it gently with your hands, like massaging, and then marinate for 20 minutes.

  2. Beat 1 egg and set aside, mix 1 spoon chili powder + 1 spoon pepper + 1 spoon five-spice powder, 1 spoon pepper powder + 1 spoon bread crumbs to make fried meat seasoning. The marinated pork is first coated with a layer of fried meat seasoning, then a layer of egg liquid, and then thickly coated with bread crumbs.

  3. When the oil in the pot is 60% hot, put the meat wrapped in seasoning into the pot and fry it over medium heat until both sides are golden brown, then put it on the plate. I put tomatoes on the bottom of the plate. Eat some tomatoes when eating the meat, so it won't be so greasy.
