Overview
Tofu is extremely nutritious and contains iron, magnesium, potassium, niacin, copper, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, folic acid, vitamin B1, lecithin and vitamin B6. Pairing tofu with meat can make the tofu easier to digest and absorb.
