Wash the green peppers and cut them into shreds. Peel the cucumbers and cut them into slices.

Clean the cuttlefish and cut into strips.

Heat oil in the pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add cuttlefish and stir-fry.

Add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

Add green pepper and cucumber and stir-fry.

Add some very fresh soy sauce and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the green peppers are broken, add salt and mix well and remove from the pan.
