I have always liked salty and spicy snacks but not sweet ones. The stir-fried dried king oyster mushrooms are as delicious as the packets of spicy snacks sold in the supermarket.

Tear the king oyster mushroom into shreds by hand.

Bake king oyster mushrooms in the microwave for 4 minutes to remove excess water.

Fry the white sesame seeds in a dry pan (without adding oil).
