Ganoderma lotus root and pork ribs cup
Overview
This time I was traveling in Fujian and went to Yongding Tulou. I saw Ganoderma lucidum for sale at a local specialty shopping place in Yongding, so I bought a pack and brought it back to make soup. Stewing soup with Ganoderma lucidum will have a slightly bitter taste. Add a few red dates and it will taste much better. Ganoderma lucidum tastes sweet and bitter, has a neutral nature, and returns to the heart, lungs, liver and spleen meridians; it can nourish the heart and calm the nerves, nourish the lungs and replenish qi, regulate qi and remove stasis, nourish the liver and strengthen the spleen. It is mainly used to treat diseases such as fatigue and weakness, mental fatigue, palpitations, insomnia, dizziness, chronic cough and asthma, loss of appetite, slow reaction, and shortness of breath. The polysaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum can bidirectionally regulate the body's immunity and protect the liver; the alkaloids in Ganoderma lucidum can be anti-inflammatory and analgesic; Ganoderma spore powder can stop bleeding, detoxify, and resist oxygen.
