Halloween Fried Little Black Cat—Creative Chocolate Donuts
Overview
Donuts are not only delicious, but also cute in shape and are widely loved by everyone. Traditional donuts generally require fermenting the dough (or adding baking powder) before shaping and frying. Using an oven to make this cake-like donut has the same soft texture and saves time. It is not difficult to beat whole eggs and uses less oil. Two eggs are just enough to make 12 in a row. It’s Halloween. Decorate the donuts with chocolate into little black cats with fried fur. It’s cute and delicious. How could your kids not love it? The materials used are suitable for the WK9225 Donut Mold, which can make 12 pieces in a row.

Steps
-
Preheat the Changdi air oven, select the air baking mode, and set the temperature to 160 degrees for about 10 minutes.
-
Weigh out various ingredients.
-
Mix two eggs and caster sugar and beat with a whisk.
-
Beat until the pattern is obvious and will not disappear soon after dripping.
-
Use a brush to apply a little vegetable oil all over the mold.
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix from the bottom until there is no dry flour.
-
Pour in the vegetable oil and mix well.
-
Place into a piping bag with a cutout.
-
Squeeze it into the mold until it is about 70% full.
-
Place in the middle rack of the preheated Changdi oven and select air bake at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes. If you need to draw a pattern on the surface, and a slightly harder surface is easier to work with, bake it for 15 minutes. If you want to eat it directly after baking, about 10 minutes will be enough.
-
Take it out after baking.
-
After letting it cool slightly, turn each donut with your hands to facilitate unmoulding, and cover it with a drying net.
-
Turn over the drying net and mold.
-
Lift the mold and the donuts will be on the bottom net.
-
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, dip the donuts in, and place on a drying rack to solidify.
-
Put the remaining chocolate into a piping bag with a small opening and draw the outline of the kitten's head on the transfer paper or board. I drew directly. If you are a novice who is not sure about the proportions, you can first draw on the paper with a pen and draw it under the transfer paper.
-
Melt the white chocolate as well, use a toothpick to pick up a little green coloring, mix well and put it into a piping bag to depict the eyes.
-
.After drawing the kitten's head, place it in the refrigerator to chill for a while. After solidification, remove it, move it to the donut, and draw the front and rear limbs.
-
In the same manner, refrigerate and solidify the fried cat tail drawn on the transfer paper, then stick it to the donut with a little chocolate.
