Prepare appropriate amount of fresh prawns

Cut off the shrimp gun and shrimp tentacles and clean them

Marinate with cooking wine for 15 minutes to add flavor

Prepare an appropriate amount of mixed seasonings, shredded green onion and ginger

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, not too little, just a little more than for stir-frying

Add the green shrimp and wait until the bottom gradually turns red

Stir fry

Add the shredded onions and ginger and stir-fry twice, pour in the sauce, cover and simmer over low heat
