Wash the baby abalone, cut it with a flower knife, and season it with oil and ginger.

Wash the ribs, chop into pieces, and season with oil and ginger.

Put the rice in a casserole and soak it in salt, salad oil and water for 30 minutes.

Wash all accessories and cut into small pieces.

Put the casserole on the stove, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn down the heat and simmer.
