Every year during the Chinese New Year, my family cooks elbows, pig's trotters, fried meatballs, sesame leaves and dried fruits to give it a New Year flavor! I wonder what the new year is like for you guys? Let’s talk about it...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add an appropriate amount of sesame seeds to the flour, of course a little more. The more sesame seeds, the more fragrant it will be. Slowly add warm water and stir with chopsticks to form a snowflake shape
-
Form a slightly harder dough and let it rest for 20 minutes (increase or decrease the time according to your room temperature)
-
Use a rolling pin to roll it into thin slices, the thinner the better, the thinner the crispier
-
Use a cup lid you have at home to press out a round shape
-
Cut the remaining scraps as you like
-
Heat the oil in the pot, put the chopsticks in and watch the bubbles bubble up before frying
-
Fry until browned, remove and add enough
