Coffee Walnut Toast
Overview
When I was young, my father thought that walnuts would make me smarter, so the most common snacks at home were walnuts. And because my father studied chemistry, he didn’t let me eat any messy processed foods except natural snacks. The direct consequence is that the snacks I eat now are basically all kinds of nuts~ When I was in high school, I studied alone. When I could go out on weekends, I would go to the nearest supermarket to buy walnuts. At that time, there were no walnut clips or hammers. The simple method was to put them on the hinge of the door and crack the clips to eat them. At first, I bought a lot of salt-fried paper-skinned walnuts, but then I got really angry, so I bought local raw walnuts, but the skin was thicker. I was always worried that one day there would be a clicking sound and the door would fall down... It is said that coffee and walnuts are a perfect match, especially when they appear in bread. Now that we have a bread machine, it is much more convenient to make anything. In the winter, you are not afraid of cold hands. The only flaw is that the dough is really slow to rise...
