Fried leeks with small river shrimp
Overview
Although river shrimps are smaller in size, their protein content is no less than that of prawns and sea shrimps, and their calcium content is even higher. Because the part with the highest calcium content is the shrimp skin, but the skin of the river shrimp is thin and soft, so it can be eaten together. Vegetable markets often sell small river shrimps like this. When I was shopping today, I saw that the small river shrimps were very fresh. They were all alive and kicking, and the price was relatively cheap, so I bought some right away and fried them with leeks. They tasted particularly delicious.
