Coconut Whole Wheat Meal Buns
Overview
I like making steamed buns or meal buns in the summer because they ferment very well in no time. Watching the dough ferment gives me a sense of satisfaction. Although I don’t have a bread machine, I feel that the whole-wheat buns are very fragrant and delicious even if I don’t knead them until the gloves are filmy

Then pour the flour and whole wheat flour together, add the corn oil, milk and sugar mixture and knead into a dough

Then knead the dough to the expansion stage, and finally knead the dough into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment

Divide the fermented dough into three equal parts, knead it into three small doughs again, and stick an appropriate amount of coconut on the surface

Place on baking sheet for second fermentation

When the dough has doubled in size again, put it in the oven (preheat the oven in advance), bake at 165 degrees for 20 minutes, then cover it with tin foil, and bake for 5 minutes
