A friend comes to visit unexpectedly. Do you have some side dishes at home that can be taken out with wine? Try this grilled shrimp dish. It is salty and delicious. You can eat it with the shells and heads together. The more you chew, the more fragrant and delicious it becomes. I guarantee you won't lose face.

Add salt, pepper and ginger slices to the shrimp, cook in a pot, remove and drain. (I packed this back from my husband’s house)

Place on kitchen paper.

Absorb the water.

Place on baking sheet.

Put in the pre-oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. (With preheating)

After ten minutes, take it out and turn it over.
