Raw noodles.

Remove the heads from the bean sprouts and wash them.

Shred pork, leek and carrot.

Add sugar, oyster sauce and soy sauce to boiling water to make about half a bowl of sauce.

Heat the oil in a hot pan and fry the shredded pork until cooked.

Heat the oil in a hot pan and cook the noodles. Use chopsticks to stir-fry the noodles until they are loose and crispy (about 3 to 5 minutes).

Add the prepared sauce, cover the pot and simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add shredded carrots and leeks and stir-fry.

Add bean sprouts and shredded pork and stir-fry.

Plate it! Delicious Chaoshan fried noodles are OK
