Wash the whole duck wings and boil them in water

Heat the oil in a pan and add all the ingredients except the green onions. Add the duck wings that have been modified and stir-fry until the duck wings are dry and the skin is slightly yellow. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of rice wine to remove the smell

Next is the seasoning process. Add rock sugar, light soy sauce (for freshness) and dark soy sauce (for coloring), then add hot water and simmer for about 20 minutes.

When the juice is almost gone, pour it into the casserole, heat it until it boils, and sprinkle in the chopped green onion.
