I accidentally saw this dish on TV and decided to try it. It was pretty good.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in warm water for about 4-5 hours.

Chop fresh meat and shrimp into minced meat and set aside.

Stir the minced green onions, seasonings, shrimp and meat fillings evenly.

Wrap the glutinous rice evenly around the meatballs.

Arrange the prepared meatballs and set aside. You can insert the shrimp tails on the meatballs. When cooked, the shrimp tails will turn beautiful red.
