Fried dumplings with minced meat and mashed potatoes

I have mixed various kinds of dumpling fillings, but this is the first time I have used mashed potatoes to make the filling. It was a last-minute idea. I didn’t expect the dumplings to taste quite good. They are quite delicious

Chop pork into fine pieces

Put the potatoes in a pressure cooker, add a little salt and steam until cooked, peel and press into puree while hot

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, oyster sauce, minced ginger and garlic to the pork and mix well in the same direction (part of the minced meat is used, so stir first)

Chop the green beans into mince, mix with mashed potatoes, minced meat and make dumpling fillings

Dumpling wrappers are bought ready-made. It will be more delicious if you roll them yourself

Wrapped dumplings

Heat oil in a pan, add dumplings and fry the bottom until brown

Add water half the height of the dumplings, cover and simmer

After the water dries, flip the dumplings
