Place the original Oreo cookies in a food processor and crush.

Heat butter over water and melt.

Mix the melted butter and beaten biscuit crumbs into the cake base ingredients and stir well.

Pour the mixed cake base ingredients into the mold and compact, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready.

Soften the cream cheese at room temperature. Put the softened cream cheese and sugar into a food processor and beat until smooth and grain-free. Add the egg yolk, gin, and lemon juice and beat well. Add the yogurt and mix well to form a cheese paste.

Heat the milk and light cream over low heat, then add softened and drained gelatine sheets and stir, pour into the cheese paste in three batches, stirring evenly as you pour.

Pour the mixed cheese paste into the mold with the cake base solidified. Shake it a few times to help defoaming the cheese paste. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 4 hours. When the cheese paste solidifies, remove from the mold and eat.
