Black beans
Overview
I saw fresh and tender beans when I was grocery shopping, so I bought some. I wanted to stir-fry the beans with garlic paste, but I thought about it and used some black beans in it and added some diced red pepper. It is crispy and delicious, and it also goes well with rice.

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the beans and cut into thin sections.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the garlic slices and hoisin sauce.

Add beans and stir well.

Fry until it changes color and add a little salt.

Add black soybeans and stir-fry.

Add diced red pepper and minced garlic and stir-fry evenly.
